- Dean Ambrose will reveal the stipulation for his match with Seth Rollins atSummerSlam at tonight's SmackDown taping. It's expected to be a Street Fight.
- Wrestle Zone reported just last night that WWE is still thinking of doing a title unification match with the Intercontinental and United States championship. If it happens, it will apparently be a triple threat match: Sheamus vs. The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler. Well, WWE announced late last night that Miz vs. Ziggler for the Intercontinental title is official for SummerSlam, so anything that happens, if it does, will be last minute.
- WWE is promoting "special guests" for next week's episode of Raw, the go home show to SummerSlam. There are plans to bring in a few names you haven't seen in a while but Ric Flair is the big one. What role he will have is unclear and if his last couple appearances are any indicator, WWE probably has no clue what to do with him.
- While WWE has promoted the WWE Network launching worldwide on Aug. 12, the U.K. and Ireland launch date is Oct. 1.
- There's been talk of having Kenta appear at the NXT Takeover 2 (Electric Boogaloo) special on the WWE Network on Sept. 11 as his official debut.
