TMZ has an article with comments from Dustin "Goldust" Runnels on the passing of his father, WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes. Dustin told the website "my dad was my hero" and said he owes everything to his dad. He said, "I am who I am because of him. He was an amazing man. My dad was the greatest man I've ever known."
Dustin added that his family is extremely sad right now but "thankful for the unbelievable amount of support they've received from around the world."
TMZ also posted the video above of Roddy Piper, who calls Dusty a national treasure and said he was in a league of his own. Piper also tells a story about smuggling a donkey into an apartment with Dusty.
