We mentioned recently that Alberto Del Rio has been dealing with a lower back injury Alberto Del Rio is set to challenge Kalisto for the United States Championship at Fastlane. But according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, his back is not 100%.
It’s believed that Del Rio either suffered the injury after taking a vertical suplex from Brock Lesnar in the Royal Rumble match or from taking a german suplex on the January 18th Raw.
