Kurt Angle starts the show off by saying tonight is a big show because they have a new world champion, and he welcomes Bobby Roode to the ring. Roode talks about how he loves wrestling and this title means he is the best, then Lashley,MVP and King cut him off and enter the ring. MVP calls Roode a sorry excuse for a competitor, and he says Lashley gets booed for being dominant, but Roode gets cheered for getting help from Kurt Angle. MVP says he deserves a title shot because an injury is the only reason he’s not champion, and he wants Roode to give him a title shot. Lashley doesn’t look too happy about MVP shortchanging him, then Roode agrees to the title match and Kurt says he likes where this is going.
Tag Team Tournament FinalsThe Hardys vs Samoa Joe & Low Ki
Ki and Joe attack Matt in the corner and hit him several times, then Joe kicks Matt in the face before Ki hits a springboard shin kick for two. Matt makes a comeback and connects with a elbow off the ropes, then Jeff assists with a double reverse wheelbarrow slam for two. Jeff slams Ki in the corner and connects with a kick, then Joe stomps him as we go to a break. We get back to see Jeff hit Whisper in the Wind, then both men get tags and Matt hits Ki with some clotheslines and some forearm shots. Ki goes for a clothesline but Matt counters with a Side Effect for two, then he punches Joe in the corner and hits a bulldog while also clotheslining Ki.
Matt slams Joe down and heads up top, but Ki crotches him on the ropes and puts him in tree of woe position, then connects with Warrior’s Way for two. Jeff breaks it up and takes Ki down with a front suplex, then he sets up for Poetry in Motion but Joe hooks his arms and Ki tries to steal a rollup. Joe runs in and tries to take Jeff out but Matt breaks it up, and he calls for a Twist of Fate but Joe counters with a Coquina Clutch. Jeff breaks it up with a Swanton onto both men, then Ki blocks a Twist of Fate before setting up a Ki Crusher. Jeff blocks in and Matt helps with Poetry in Motion, then he hits a Swanton and Matt follows with a moonsault for the win.

Hardcore Rules Bram & Magnus vs Tommy Dreamer & Devon
Devon and Dreamer run out and attack Bram and Magnus on the ramp, then they hit them several times around the ringside area and in the corner. Magnus hits Devon from behind and stomps him knees, then Bram applies a headlock before Dreamer brings some weapons in the ring. He goes for a drop toe hold on to a chair but he gets smashed with a trash can, then Bram hits him with a chair before Magnus clotheslines him off of another chair. Bram sets up for a double suplex with Magnus in the corner, but Devon takes them out with a Tower of Doom spot out of the corner. Devon blocks a suplex to the floor and slams Bram through a table, then Magnus hits him in the face with a kendo stick and follows with strikes to Dreamer. Magnus tries to hit him again, but Dreamer slams him into a chair in the corner, and follows with a spike DDT for the win.

Knockouts ChampionshipGail Kim vs Havok (c)
Gail rushes Havok during her entrance but Havok quickly takes her down, then she whips her headfirst into the ringpost and drops her with a forearm shot. The ref orders the match into the ring but Havok whips Gail up the ramp, then she drags her by the hair and Gail catches her with a kick. Gail goes for a thrust kick but Havok catches her and tosses her off the stage onto the floor, and she walks back to the ring as trainers rush out to check Gail as we cut to break. We get back to see Jeremy Borash trying to announce the match will be called off, but Gail stops him and says she can continue. Havok slams her on the mat before Gail avoids an elbow and hits a dropkick, then Havok knocks her on the floor and goes after her.
Gail throws Havok into the steps and dives at her from the apron, but Havok catches Gail on her shoulders and slams her facefirst into the steps. The ref starts a count but Havok intentionally breaks it at nine, then she taunts Gail and pulls her back in but Gail surprises her with a headscissors armbar submission. Havok counters with a side slam, then Gail catches her offguard with a bulldog before connecting with some forearm shots. Gail kicks Havok and heads up top, but Havok catches her before Gail sends her shoulder first into the ringpost. Gail hits a crossbody before setting up Eat Defeat, but Havok counters with a hammerlock slam for two. Havok calls for a Harlot Slayer but Gail counters with Eat Defeat, and Havok is able to kick out at two so Gail heads up top. Havok catches her on the way down, and she hits a Harlot Slayer for the win.

MVP runs at Roode but Roode catches him with a quick strike, then MVP kicks him in the head and sends him outside. MVP rolls to the other side of the floor and blasts Roode with a running big boot, then he slams him on the floor and the steps. He rolls Roode back in to get a near fall, then MVP hits him in the corner but Roode catches him with a quick superplex. Roode gets a two count before MVP snapmares Roode and kicks him in the face, then he sets up for a Drive By but Roode counters with a Roode Bomb for the win.
Lashley runs out and spears Roode, then MVP asks for help up but Lashley blows him off and leaves him hanging to end the show.
