It’s now looking like Daniel Bryan will not be returning to WWE in time for the Royal Rumble PPV, as he’s still not regaining strength in his arm and might require another surgery after all.
Back in August, Bryan wanted to get a second surgery out of the way so he could return as soon as possible, but doctors informed him he didn’t need the surgery.
However, should he undergo another surgery it looks like his WWE return timeframe would be closer to WrestleMania 31.
