UFC rankings updated after UFC Fight Night 58

The official Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) rankings have been updated following UFC Fight Night 58, which went down this past weekend (Sat. Dec. 20, 2014) in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Lyoto Machida jumped up one spot to claim the No. 3 position at middleweight over current No. 1 contender to the title, Vitor Belfort, after he sent C.B. Dollaway packing thanks to a thunderous kick to the body that put "The Doberman" down for the count in the main event.
The loss, though, didn't hurt Dolloway's position, as he hangs on to his top-10 spot by a string.
Elsewhere, Rafael dos Anjos can now lay claim to the No. 1 position at lightweight, after last week's standing showed he and Khabib Nurmagomedov sharing the top spot . In the pound-for-pound standings, Anthony Pettis surpassed UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez thanks to his impressive submission victory over Gilbert Melendez a few weeks ago.
