Fast-rising UFC women's strawweight fighter Paige VanZant appeared on UFC Tonight to talk about her popularity and future. She said that she's not in a rush to fight for the title, noting that she still has "two years to be the youngest title holder." She was also asked about UFC President Dana White Comparing her to Conor McGregor.
"I think Conor is awesome and to have Dana compare me to him is a huge honor," VanZant said. VanZant was also asked about critics saying that she's been getting special treatment from the UFC. "There's going to be negativity out there no matter how successful I am," Van Zant noted. "It'll just give me a little more fire to keep winning fights."
