Vince McMahon is seventy years old now and a arm gabbing from behind was give him a shock in my views, so Vince did this very step and just suspended Titus O'Neil or may be it is just a warning to talent to keep professionalism in them.
May be it is not a big reason to suspend someone but Vince can explain it pretty better then me. Some website called this act racism. Well, I don't think so it is racism they just trying to warn their talent and want then to be professional.

Some guys asked me on my email that Roman Reigns punched Vince Twice, Vince did not suspend him and now Titus just grab his arm and he suspended him.The answer is"It was a storyline by WWE writers when Roman Reigns punched Vince McMahon, and now in Titus's case it is reality not a storyline to work".
