TNA need to Evolve now

 TNA is facing some critical situations yet as you know 2014 is really a rough year for the company. 2015 is also almost the same. Big names like AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and Austin Aries left the company they change their TV channel every year and they also did not achieve some great goals yet.TNA Need to Evolve Now. TNA Has Not Lack of Talent in fact after WWE, TNA has the best roster. They have great wrestlers like Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy,Ethan Carter, Tyrus, Bobby Lashley, Bobby Roode, Eric Young, James Storm and also some other big names they also have plenty of female talent.

As you can see above they got a best roster but they have lack of storylines their think tanks are not too strong in fact they do not know how to hype and develop a story they have lack of development. TNA need to improve some sections of their company. I know they are competitors but they have to learn from company. Discipline is one of the biggest problem in TNA as you know just a few days back we see a huge example of their lack of discipline when Awesome Kong and Reby Sky issue started again and they sent Awesome Kong home.  

TNA need to improve their in ring actions specially promos sorry for that but there are just Jeff Hardy EC3 and couple of more guys those are doing good in ring or backstage promos they need to improve their promo section. Good promo means good hype, Bad promo means no hype. TNA lost two much during their past couple of years in fact they just lost Kurt Angle who took retirement from pro wrestling. They need to learn from their loses. Every loss is a new lesson when you repeat this loss again then it means you need to change their teaches.

That's what i wanna say,they need to change their think tanks now they have to learn that how and where to use the talent. Jeff Hardy is the guy WWE want as soon as possible in WWE as they know what he got and he is with TNA from few past years but they did not use him correctly. Jeff Hardy is John Cena of TNA. TNA did not cash him greatly. There are too many examples like that and that's the reason that talent do not want to go in TNA.

TNA make their reputation as a career spoiler now. Wrestlers think TNA will spoil their career so instead of coming and working with TNA they prefer to work with ROH or Lucha Underground or even the prefer independent work over TNA. TNA need to get out of this situation. Yeah of course Panda Foods is a big organization but organizations or money can not run wrestling business. Wrestling business is based on perfect use of talent and TNA need to learn it as soon as possible if they want their name in business.
