As you know WWE announced the date for Cruiserweight Premiere. WWE is really over for that event but there are many questions about that event. There are news that 32 wrestlers will fight at Full Sail University to call him the best cruiser weight in the world. But whom these 32 star are, I mean to say is that from WWE or from other companies? There are also talks that WWE will get talent from Evolve is that true? The answer is they will try to put some indie wrestlers on the show but we are gonna discuss some potential names for the show.
I start from Prince Puma. There are some guys who will denied my choice at once after watching the name of Prince Puma (Ricochet). In my views he is the #1 cruiser weight wrestler in the world at the time. He fought for many companies but currently signed for Lucha Underground. He is a high flyer hard hitter and also a great in ring performer of the world.
He give a WWE tryout at a performance center back in 2014 but there are words that when he tried to made his way to WWE apparently there were many wrestler of his shape and weight are under development so he didn't offered a contract by WWE. WWE officials are trying to keep him in for cruiserweight event but there is a big hurdle in that way as he is currently signed with Lucha Underground and his contract prevent him to work for any other company till season 3.
Lucha Underground officials can give them a special permission to work for WWE just for a limited time period if WWE want. WWE officials are really over to take him in lets see what can happen.
2.Fenix:
Fenix is one of the best Mexican wrestlers. He is currently working for Lucha Underground wrestling promotion. He is really a big thing in wrestling world so, I wonder why WWE didn't Sign him yet. The reason is they have also two mask wearing wrestlers Sin Cara and Kalisto so the don't need another one yet.
Fenix is another potential name that WWE can sign for cruiserweight event. WWE interested in high
flyers to hype their event more and more. Problem is same for him also. He is also signed with Lucha Underground but he can request his release if WWE offers him to come fight in their event.
NXT viewers are well known of him as he did some matches for NXT and also did some main event matches. He works for evolve promotion and WWE officials took him from there. They want him to WWE may be but i think he is gonna take his place at Cruiserweight event also.
He shows great in NXT. Fans also start chanting for him know. He worked some solid matches to make his place in WWE's officials papers. He is may gonna take it to main roster after event.
Adam Cole another underdog for wrestling world but you can bet he has a bright future and he is gonna make his place in WWE too soon. He is currently working for ROH. He also worked for CZW (Combat Zone Wrestling). (Ambrose also came from CZW). If you are a ROH viewer then you will well aware of his wrestling abilities. His wrestling style specially his mic work is excellent.
WWE demands a great mic work alongside with in ring abilities and he is perfect for every thing. ROH allows their talent to take indie bookings some times. As you know Adam Cole also working for some indie promotions. He is a better option for cruiserweight competitors. Triple H really takes interest to sign him for NXT. Cruiserweight signing can be a step for that.
5.Kyle O'Reilly:
Kyle O'Reilly is another underdog for wrestling world. He is currently working for ROH, NJPW and also some indie promotions. After getting it to ROH he got some fame. He is also a best name in wrestling to sign for Cruiserweight. WWE may also sign him for their event in July and there are also some chances for that one. Kyle O'Reilly may signed by WWE for cruiserweight as they need some under development talent.
Kenny Omega is really in talks in WWE in these days. He appears in Youtube UpUpDownDown show of Xavier Woods. He win the ROH IC title just know WWE officials are really over to call him to NXT yeah he is under ROH's contract but as I mention before ROH allows their talent to work for other companies.They may trying to take him for their cruiserweight event and Kenny will in top 10 competitors if he signed for the event.
Matt Jackson is one half of tag team Young Bucks (with his brother Matt Jackson).One of the hottest tag team in the world. The master of super kicks.His entrance is enough to pop a crowd. He is really a good performer.Nick Jackson is also a best person in wrestling world. Young bucks are really good in the ring as a tag team and WWE will sign some tag team.Young Bucks are the best potential team for tag team section of cruiser weight.
Dalton Castle is another potential name for WWE event. If you watch his career in ROH then you'll know his extraordinary in ring entrance.He fought with some big names and show him a really big talent in pw world,. As I wrote before he is gonna make his place in WWE main roster soon he has a brighter future then any other superstar.

If you were a viewer of ECW then you would know him best. He also work in WWE before but then left the company due to some reason. Currently working for ROH and some other indie promotions. He is also on discussions for the event by WWE officials and also got a place in our potential list.
The guy who worked for almost all companies of the world. He worked for WWE, TNA, ROH, NJPW and many other promotions. He is really a great wrestler I don't know why he left WWE or TNA but I watched him wrestling many times. I love the tag team of Samoa Joe and Low Ki in TNA but both guys are not the part of TNA yet.
Low Ki is not discussed by WWE officials yet as per my resources but there is still a beam of hope that we can see him in cruiserweight action list. Wrestling fans love his wrestling style. With 175 lbs of weight he is still a really hard hitter and best heel character I ever seen in wrestling history. When it comes to fan base, I want him in WWE as soon as possible, but as you know I'm not a WWE official, I'm just a wrestling reporter so I can just hope to see him back in WWE.
