A release date is now set for Queens of the Ring, a French film produced by WWE Studios and Karé Productions. According to the newly released final edition of WWE Magazine, the film is scheduled for release on DVD and digital download on Nov. 11 The film, which was produced in 2012, features cameos by The Miz, as well as departed WWE Superstars CM Punk and Eve (Torres). The film's promotional poster is featured in the magazine and all three talents are advertised in bold print.
According to WWE.com, the film "centers around Rose, a mother looking to strengthen her bond with her estranged son who is WWE fan. Going the extra mile, the loving mother begins training to become a wrestling diva. The comedy/drama follows Rose as she finds a job in a supermarket and convinces her new cashier colleagues to join her in her journey to impress her son by becoming a Queen of the Ring."
