As you know TNA sued Scott Steiner back in Summer 2012 for breached contract, making a series of negative Twitter comments about the company, Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff, Bruce Prichard and others. The suit was seeking damages and an injunction to keep Steiner quiet in many views.
That suit is now dismissed by a judge in Nashville. There was a court date schedule for February 11th and then it was delayed to February 22nd and now the case is over and Scott is totally clean from the allegations by TNA.
