Rumors for the Day:- Sting still has yet to officially sign a contract with WWE but there is a belief within the company that interest is higher than it was for Ultimate Warrior at this time last year when he was announced as the bonus character for the last WWE video game. That's because Sting has never worked for WWE and could very well work another match, something he's falling just short of begging for. It's said there are plans for it to happen but there isn't currently any rush right now.
- There's been some talk of adding a stipulation to the Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins match at SummerSlam.
- John Cena is off all weekend house shows to fulfill dates he's booked to work on an upcoming film. He will be back for Monday Night Raw next week.
- Garrett Dylan, Dani Jax, Slate Randall, Travis Tyler, and Mac Miles were all released from WWE developmental yesterday. Over the past week, WWE has fired over 80 employees.
- Vince Russo is now claiming he started working as a consultant for TNA around late October of last year. At first, he was just there to give input on shows after they were written but his role grew to where he was in on creative and that became obvious on television. If you're wondering, he's making no friends -- not that had many left anyway -- by exploiting this situation to drive VIP subscribers to his website.
- For those wondering, or who may not know, the promo videos hyping up a new addition to the TNA roster starting with this video is for a new Knockout named "Havok". She is Jessica Havok, who has actually done work for TNA in the past.
