In the opening match of tonight’s WWE TLC PPV, Dolph Ziggler defeated Luke Harper in a Ladder Match to become the new Intercontinental Champion.
After a very physical match, which at one point saw Dolph Ziggler get busted open, Ziggler got the win after kicking Harper off a neighboring ladder to retrieve the gold.
