It's going to be a full day of sports in the Boston area next Sunday, as the NFL's New England Patriots try and reach the Super Bowl once again, and the UFC comes to town with a Fight Night event headlined by Ireland's Conor McGregor. A win for McGregor over Dennis Siver nets him a title shot against featherweight champion Jose Aldo. In the co-main event, Donald Cerrone takes his 2nd fight in as many weeks, as he replaces Eddie Alvarez and once again is paired up with Ben Henderson. While Cerrone has been on a tear through the lightweight division, he's 0-2 against Henderson from their days as WEC rivals.
One thing to note - Uriah Hall has lost two opponents to injury. Costas Philippou dropped out, and now Louis Taylor has had his UFC contract terminated after he pulled a muscle in his back. As of the 6 PM ET publish date of this post, no replacement has been named for Taylor.
