WWE live event result from Saturday night's show in East Rutherford, New Jersey. This is the final event at the IZOD Center, which is closing soon.
The crowd was told to vote for whether or not Erick Rowan gets a US Title shot or a non-title match against Rusev.
Bad News Barrett got good heat and defeated Luke Harper and Dolph Ziggler in a really good three-way opener. Barrett got the pin on Ziggler and after reading reports online recently we were expecting him to lose but it was good to see him get a victory.
Darren Young pinned Tyson Kidd after a good back and forth match.
Fan voting was revealed and Erick Rowan will get the United States title shot. This was a good brawler match and the crowd was into it. Rusev got the win with The Accolade. Lana looked amazing from the second row.
Chris Jericho got a huge pop and defeated Cesaro with a Codebreaker. Cesaro played a perfect heel here. Everything was good from start to finish with this match.
Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose defeated Bray Wyatt and Big Show with Reigns speared Wyatt. This was a fun match but sounds better on paper.
Natalya and Paige defeated Alicia Fox and Cameron.
WWE aired a video with Shawn Michaels, The NAO, Kevin Nash, Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan talking about the IZOD Center. Ron Simmons chimed in with a "DAMN!"
Ryback defeated Kane in a fun brawl.
John Cena defeated Seth Rollins in a Steel Cage match, the last WWE match ever for the arena. They put on a really pay-per-view quality good cage match with several cool spots. Cena did a promo about the arena after the match and took a few selfies at ringside with fans. We tried to get out before the traffic but Cena seemed to be ending the show on a good note.
